Little House on Prairie

" Love grows best in little houses
with fewer walls to separate
Where you eat and sleep so close
together, you can't help but
communicate. And if we had
more walls between us, think
of all we'd miss.
Love grows in little house.

The other day I heard something that stuck with me. It said  " Sometimes you don't feel the weight of something you have been carrying until you feel the weight of its release." Well I am finally feeling that release. If you have been following me on Instagram, you know these last two years have been no easy path to journey. But recently we bought our own slice of paradise, and its perfect.

Its one beautiful grassy acre, with a small 1100 sq foot farm house on it. When we bought the house it was in rough shape and needed a lot of work. We are lucky, because Brian is an amazing carpenter and has taken the house right down to studs. All new electrical, plumbing, insulation and drywall have been put in the house.

1100 sq feet with 4 boys you ask? How is that going to happen? Well we are REALLY excited to take on this challenge and live life with the less is more approach. Our boys will all ( minus romeo) be sharing a room together and its going to be fun! Our goal was always more land, less house. And I truly believe we picked the perfect fit for our family.

Here are some pictures of the reno :)
